At ABP Concept, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our Paris workshop for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
